FDEP. The above costs are annual fees based on semi-annual sampling and submittal of a combined
compliance and remedial action report.
SCHEDULE
Preble-Rish will schedule the sampling events and related laboratory services approximately one
month in advance. Also, Preble-Rish will inform the FDEP of the planned sampling events 14 days
in advance.
If the scope of services, schedule, and fees are acceptable, please provide your written authorization
to proceed. Preble-Rish appreciates the opportunity to provide these services to Okaloosa County.
