I agree that the procedures should be followed. What does Ms. Craig say? I have reviewed the ordinance but am not sure what other advice you may be seeking. Please note that this case was not given to me as a foreclosure, so I do not know if a civil case is in progress. If it was, I believe the usual procedure would be to consider the letter to be a settlement offer, rather than a mitigation request.
