A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2015 BUDGET ROAD/BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION FUND WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners in the original budget did not reflect adequate appropriations from Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for the design of the Crestview sidewalk project grant, and WHEREAS, said additional revenue is evident, and WHEREAS, Section 129.06(2)(d), Florida Statutes provides that a County may, by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners at any time during the fiscal year, appropriate and expend funds received for a particular purpose from a source not anticipated in the original budget, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Okaloosa County, Florida that the budget for the Road/Bridge Construction Fund be increased, additional receipts appropriated as follows: RECEIPTS DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Other Transportation – Federal 731543R-331490 $30,000 EXPENDITURES DEPT-ACCOUNT AMOUNT Professional Services - Engineering 731543-531500 $30,000 Adopted this regular session the 17th day of February 2015.
