About this source

Preserved evidence: the complete 2-image Library of Congress manuscript sequence is held here as unmodified JPEG copies and a manuscript Image PDF. Crypt of Echoes holds digital reproductions, not the physical manuscripts. The three-page Text PDF is the LOC/Bassett edited text with editorial footnotes. It is not a diplomatic manuscript transcription and does not transcribe the docket on image 2. The editorial memorandum in the Text PDF is not present on these two manuscript images. The report distinguishes prisoners' statements from Jackson's own uncertainty. Its claims about Innerarity and supplies are allegations in this source, not independently established findings. The memorandum and explanatory footnotes belong to the received edited text.
