All interested parties may appear at the meeting and be heard with respect to the proposed Ordinances. ORDINANCE 2083 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY' S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TO AMEND THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP FOR PROPERTY AS 206 BUCK DRIVE NE, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THE ORDINANCE, FROM LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL ( LDR) TO MIXED- USE ( MU); PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY; PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS OF FACT; PROVIDING FOR CONSISTENCY; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ORDINANCE 2084 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT BEACH, FLORIDA, PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY; WALTON PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS OF FACT; PROVIDING FOR PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS 206 BUCK DRIVE NORTHEAST, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE BODY OF THE ORDINANCE, TO BE REZONED MX-1 MIXED- USE MEDIUM) ZONING DISTRICT; PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE AFFECTED PORTION OF THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ORDINANCE 2085 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 1, GENERAL WALTON PROVISIONS, OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE TO ALLOW FOR SPECIAL MAGISTRATE TO BE GIVEN THE SAME STATUS AS A CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD; PROVIDING FOR INTERNAL CONSISTENCY WHEREIN THE STATUS OF A SPECIAL MAGISTRATE SHALL APPLY TO ALL CITY CODES AND ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at such hearing will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based( F.
