RESOLUTION 2021- 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR OCTOBER 1, 2019 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2020 BUDGET TO MAKE CERTAIN AMENDMENTS TO APPROPRIATIONS OF CITY FUNDS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Resolution 2019- 13, adopted on September 18, 2019 authorizes amendments to the FY 2019- 20 budget by resolution; and WHEREAS, due to donations, grants, disposal of fixed assets, and other actions that have revised the City' s FY 2019-20 Adopted Budget, it is prudent to otherwise amend the FY 2019- 20 budget as set forth herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. There is appropriated ($ 500,073) from donations and grants from unrestricted fund balance decreasing the General Fund budget to $26,230, 135. Section 2. There is appropriated $20, 062 from restricted fund balance and $ 22, 189 from grant revenue increasing the Law Enforcement Trust Fund budget to $49,560. Section 3. There is appropriated $ 633 from the disposal of a fixed asset increasing the budget for the Utilities Fund to $ 11, 265, 451. Section 4. There is appropriated $ 402,403 from unrestricted fund balance increasing the Sanitation Fund to $ 4, 718, 575. Section 5. There is appropriated $ 206,532 from unrestricted fund balance increasing the budget for the Stormwater Fund to $ 1, 220, 140. Section 8.
