SUBJECT: Crestview Courthouse Task Force Update

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Discussion concerning Crestview Courthouse Task Force
Committee representatives, and authorization to present an updated list of representatives for
approval at the next Board meeting.
BACKGROUND: On April 19, 2011 the Board approved creation of a task force for future
planning purposes for the Crestview Courthouse. Representatives of this group have not met
since its creation, in part due to a lack of funds for courthouse projects. Interested parties would
like this group to meet to begin some long range planning, but believe it necessary to update
some of the representatives on the committee.
RECOMMENDATIONS: Request discussion and staff direction concerning updating some of
the representatives of the Crestview Courthouse Task Force Committee, and authorization to
present an updated list of representatives for approval at the next Board meeting.
