BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On February 10, 2016 bids were due for the construction of the Farmer’s Market Pavilion and four (4) bids were received. Facility Maintenance & Public Works staff have reviewed the bids and found KLB Construction, LLC to be the lowest responsive bid for the price of $56,400. Upon approval of the award of the bid, staff will move forward with preparing the contract. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny award of the bid to construct the Farmer’s Market Pavilion to KLB Construction, LLC for the bid price of $56,400. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the award of the bid to construct the Farmer’s Market Pavilion to KLB Construction, LLC for the bid price of $56,400. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
