Lynn,
James Puckett has made some changes within the Facility Maintenance Department. He staff has been working
diligently to address consolidation of some contracts and ensure others are more comprehensive. Unfortunately, there
were a number of items regarding fire safety that were not addressed in the initial contract and James’ staff has worked
with B&C to get the contract in better shape. B&C has been taking care of the items even though they were not initially
addressed. We will need to make the amendments retroactive to address the billing issues that have been created due
to the missed items.
