STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
The Board of County Commissioners is requested to approve final contract payment to Atkins,
Inc. in the amount of $3,766.46 for the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan Update and Spill
Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Plan Update for Northwest Florida Regional Airport.
BACKGROUND:
Atkins North America, Inc. provided Consulting Engineering Services for the Okaloosa County
Airports. An amendment to extend Contract C08-1684-AP from September 30, 2013 until
completion of all work assigned to open task orders was approved by the Board of County
Commissioner October 1, 2013. This is the final invoice for payment for the subject project
through the last date of service which was October 31, 2013.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table
RECOMMENDATIONS: Approve final payment in the amount of $3,766.46 to Atkins, Inc.
