March or July meetings. At their September meeting the Board voted to hold a workshop on October 10. There was no quorum for the October 10 workshop and the members present agreed to conduct the workshop on October 24. They held a workshop on October 24 and November 7 and conducted their regular meeting on November 21. There was no quorum for their meeting of January 23, 2012. Since January 2011, the Board did not have a quorum for four meetings: the regular meetings of March and July; a scheduled workshop in October; and the regular meeting of January 2012. The Board consists of seven ( 7) members; however, the past year the Board has gone from six members to four. There are currently three (3) vacancies on the Historic Sites Board: Tim Mistovich resigned in February 2011 Mark Franks resigned in November of 2011 Katy Krueger resigned in January of 2012 There are currently no applications on file. The current members of the Board are: Tracy Garvie, whose term expires in November of 2012; she is eligible for reappointment.
