STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Requesting approval and authorization for the Chairman to sign a
Southern Link Contract Amendment (C07-1549-PUR).
BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: Staff requests approval of amendment #4 from Southern
Linc. This amendment will add Nationwide 3-G rates to the existing contract.
OPTIONS: Approve/Deny Southern Linc contract amendment to add Nationwide 3-G rates.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of Southern Linc contract amendment to
add Nationwide 3-G rates.
