Dear Mr. Auttrrey,
On behalf of WIN-FWB Investors, LLC, Choctaw Engineering, Inc. is providing this letter
requesting the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners to accept a performance bond in
order to provide enough time to perform the relocation of a force main and construct the turn lane
for the subject project. The bond amount was based upon the attached estimates for the proposed
work. The proposed improvements shall be completed within six months of acceptance of the bond
by the County.
