The purpose of the meeting is to consider a resolution by the Team Eglin Mayor's Council in conjunction with the Emerald Coast Military Affairs Council to support USAF implementation of the BRAC ' 05 decision to beddown the Joint Strike Fighter ( F -35) and the Joint Integrated Training Center at Eglin AFB to replace the departing F -15 Fighter Wing. The public is invited to attend. Any person who decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
