calls or inquires regarding the light were received after the ads were published. The total cost of
the light, based on the contract from Gulf Power Company, will be approximately $8.75 per
month. The Forest Cove MSBU fund balance can support the additional charge and no additional
assessment will be required.
OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove the Forest Cove MSBU request for an additional street light at
the intersection of Church Street and Forest Cove.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the request for the additional light within the Forest Cove
MSBU based on petition support.

SUBJECT: Review & Consideration of Revisions to Interlocal Agreement
The Workforce Development Board of Okaloosa and Walton Counties requests review and
consideration for approval of revisions to the Interlocal Agreement between Okaloosa and
Walton Counties. The request is mandated to ensure compliance with the implementation of the
Workforce Accountability Act, specifically related to the Regional Workforce Board
Membership.
The 2012 Workforce Accountability Act dictates Workforce Board composition changes in the
twenty-four Florida Workforce Boards. For compliance, adjustments of the Interlocal
Agreement are recommended.
