Executive Session
The Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners was called to
order in Executive Session at 8:00 a.m. at the Water & Sewer
Administration Building in Fort Walton Beach to discuss
litigation strategy concerning the Department of Juvenile
Justice. The only individuals permitted in the Executive
Session were Chairman Charles kK. Windes, Jr.; Vice Chairman
Nathan Boyles; Commissioner Wayne Harris; Commissioner Dave
Parisot; Commissioner Don Amunds; County Administrator Ernie
Padgett (arrived at 8:12 a.m.); County Attorney Greg Stewart;
Special Counsel Harry Chiles; and a certified court reporter.
Chairman Windes announced the Executive Session was ended after
returning to the Commission Chambers at 8:37 a.m.
ADJOURNMENT
This Executive Session was adjourned at 8:37 a.m.
