BACKGROUND AND ANALYSIS: The County has surplus equipment ready for disposal (see attached). Disposition documentation has been completed for transfer of the equipment to Fleet Operations. Fleet Operations requests Board authorization to sell this equipment through J.M. Wood Auctions on March 10, 2015. OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove Fleet Operations to proceed with the sale of the surplus equipment. RECOMMENDATION: Staff requests Board authorization for Fleet Operations to sell surplus equipment through our auction agent, J.M. Wood Auctions. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
