Due to a time constraint for the agenda to be published, the County Administrator’s office emailed the change order for my review. The attached change order has been reviewed by Purchasing staff and has been found to be in compliance with the contract provisions. Section XIV 2a, the Purchasing Manual states that the Purchasing Director may approve deductive change orders. Due to the deadline for the agenda items, Mr. Hofstad signed the change order after receiving this confirmation of contract compliance.
