The bid provided is consistent with the request and will properly supply the materials for the Reeves Road Bridge Replacement Project. This project is funded as part of the approved FY2013 budget through account 3202 563490. A copy of the approved budget sheet is attached for reference. Public Works recommends acceptance of the bid from Conecuh Bridge & Engineering, Inc in the amount of $121,525.77 for the Reeves Road bridge design and materials.
