BACKGROUND: At the regular BCC meeting on December 1, 2015, the Board directed staff to communicate interest in entering an interlocal agreement with the City of Crestview for the purpose of smoothing the coordination of permitting issues. The Crestview City Council is scheduled to vote on this agreement at its meeting on December 14, 2015. OPTIONS: Approval or discussion of interlocal agreement. RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff seeks Board discussion on the adoption of an interlocal agreement with the City of Crestview for the coordination of permitting issues for the Crestview Courthouse. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
