Therefore, this written e-mail communication, including your e-mail address, may be subject to public disclosure.” AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO FIRST CLASS PERKS LLC LEASE FOR FOOD/BEVERAGE CONCESSION AT THE DESTIN — FORT WALTON BEACH AIRPORT (L11-0386-AP) This AMENDMENT NO. 1 hereby amends Lease # L11-0386-AP (the “Lease”), dated September 20, 2011, by and between the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners {the “County”) and First Class Perks, LLC., (the “Operator”) for food/beverage concession at the Northwest Florida Regional Airport. WHEREAS, the term of the Lease expires on August 21, 2016 and provides for no renewals; and WHEREAS, the County is in the process of working with First Class Perks to come into compliance with all aspects of the current Lease; and WHEREAS, the County is in the process of seeking a competitive procurement for a new term of the Lease; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the Lease through January 31, 2017 to allow time for the County to go through the competitive procurement process. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein and other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereby agree to amend the Lease as follows: 1. The Lease shall be extended through January 31, 2017. Either party may terminate the Lease upon thirty (30) days’ written notice to the other party. 3. All other provisions of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect.
