The proposed contract renewal period would be from October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014. Our proposal includes a CPI adjustment of 1.99% to the current charges which will go into effective after October 1, 2013. To calculate this adjustment we used the “Bureau of Labor Statistics Data, Consumer Price Index - All Urban Consumers, Not Seasonally Adjusted, U.S. city average, for Services”. For ease of reference I have attached the following documents; the CPI calculation (Attachment A,) the new proposed contract prices (Attachment B) and, as previously noted, the CPI table from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (Attachment C).
