SETTIO.NJ, That the following described alley is hereby
abandoned and vacated, provided. however, that the City shall retain an
full utility easement, whether or not a necessary utility, and that any
City access be at no additional expense to the City:
An alley approximately 25 feet wide which lies
adjacent to;
20 Hughes Street, N. E. and 37 Walter Martin Road,
H. E., being described as all of Sloolt, 3, , Lots 1
through 13, inclusive. First Additisti to North Hill
Gardens as recorded in Plat Book 2, Paco 87- of the
