EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF.
BACKGROUND PACTS:
A. The City of Fort Walton Beach has submitted a request to
vacate this alley, and
B. A public hearing has been held after " due public notice"
before the Municipal Planning Board of Fort Walton Beach, which meeting
occurred on September 6, 1980; the Municipal Planning Board has
recommended that the request be approved with the stipulation that a full
utility easement he retained and rher any Cll.), access be at no additional
expense to the City. and
D. A public hearing has been held under this same " due public
notice" before the City Council on September 27. 1908. and
B. This property is an alley approximately 25 feet wide
located adjacent to 20 Hughes Street, N. E., 37 Walter Martin Road, N. E., 67
Carson Drive, N. E.. 134, 132, 130, 128, 126. 124, 122, 116, 110, 106. and
100 Eglin
