Working through design milestones of 30 %, 60% and 90 %, we were able to add features to the project such as more square footage in the main building, an outdoor patio area, longer -lasting gym floor and easier to maintain floors and wall surfaces. We are particularly proud of the energy- saving HVAC system and automatically controlled light systems that will save the City important future funds in the form of efficient use of energy while providing excellent service and comfort.
