The program is available to low- and very- low income residents Fort Walton Beach, with a maximum grant amount limited to $ 25, 000. The grant is secured by placing a lien upon the property. Services in The scope of work and renovation specification was provided by A+ Home Inspection accordance with their contract with the City. SUMMARY: Ft. Walton Beach Pursuant to Chapter 2, Section 2- 226, Purchasing Policies and Procedures, Codes of Ordinances, staff authorization to award RFP # 05- 112 for residential requests rehabilitation to the responsive, responsible bidder, R.S. Rhoades Remodeling in the total amount of $22, 320. 00. Staff recommends that City Council approve the contract with R.S. Rhoades Remodeling to perfonn residential rehabilitation work at 10 Okahatchee Circle.
