RESOLUTION 2020- 20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE FEE SCHEDULE FOR FY 2020- 21; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Resolution 99- 4, adopted on April 27, 1999, establishes a Comprehensive Fee Schedule; and WHEREAS, Resolution 99- 4 provides for amendment of the fee schedule by Resolution of City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT: Section 1. Authority —Amending Fee Schedule. Pursuant to the authority of Section 4. 01. 01( d) of the City Code of Ordinances, Authority of Finance Director, the Comprehensive Fee Schedule is amended to adopt fee schedules as outlined in the attached document titled FY 2020- 21 Comprehensive Fee Schedule, October 27, 2020.
