We typically do not assign early termination charges to government accounts and the majority of the services on these accounts are free so terms wouldn ' t apply. The cou nty has signed several of these contracts in the past 50 I'm not sure wh at the real issue is at this time . If I don't get the agreeme ts back, the free services wil l go into bill ing or you ' ll need to si m ply disconnect them .
