C., works for the achievement of brotherhood and community uplift and has addressed many important issues throughout its history; and WHEREAS, the fraternity will focus attention on its accomplishments during the month of November, and its theme will be " Celebrating the past 100 years; setting the course for the next 100 years" and WHEREAS, members of the Fort Walton Beach Chapter, Psi Iota Iota, will honor men and women in the community for their outstanding achievements during the past year and will also recognize the winners of their 2011 scholarships and national essay contest at their Founder' s Day Appreciation celebration on November 18, 2011; and WHEREAS, the week long program of academic and social activities will serve to inform the public of the fraternity, its history, objectives and community achievements. a NOW, THEREFORE, I Mike Anderson, by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor of the City of Fort Walton Beach, do hereby proclaim November 13 to 20, 2011 as C0q EA ACHIEVEMENT WEEK" 20a in Fort Walton Beach and extend best wishes to all participants for a most E successful program.
