Miller Construction, Inc. for Foxwood Drainage Repairs - Phase III. BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On January 5, 2016 the Board approved the award of the bid to J. Miller Construction, Inc. for Foxwood Drainage Repairs - Phase III. The contract is now complete and ready for the Chairman’s signature. Staff requests the Board approve the contract and authorize the Chairman to sign the document. The bid award price is $291,319.60. The contract is provided for review at the link which is referenced in the attached document. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny contract with J. Miller Construction, Inc. for Foxwood Drainage Repairs - Phase III, and authorization for Chairman to sign the documents. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the contract with J. Miller Construction, Inc. for Foxwood Drainage Repairs - Phase III, and authorization for Chairman to sign the documents. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
