1. Request approval of and authorize the Chairman to execute a Resolution related to
golf carts on County roads in Rocky Bayou Country Club Estates subdivision to
correct a scrivener’s error in the original Resolution which was approved on January
17, 2012. District: 5.

1. Commissioner Parisot to discuss proposed elimination of criteria in the Economic
Development Ad Valorem Tax Exemption Program that a company must qualify as
one of the County's target industries to be eligible. District: All.
