Terrell Chief Judge, First Judicial Circuit 190 Governmental Center Pensacola, Florida 32502 Dear Judge Terrell: The priority funding requirements for Okaloosa County for the fiscal year 2012-2013 have been amended to add $12,500 in funding for the Judge Ben Gordon Visitation Center for one additional year. The Okaloosa Judiciary have been very clear that continued funding of the Ben Gordon Visitation Center beyond fiscal year 2012-2013 is not possible due to the limited resources available within the Judicial Innovations fund. Upon your approval of this amended priority funding request, a budget amendment will be requested in order to complete the adjustment.
