BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AGENDA REQUEST DATE: March 15, 2016 TO: Honorable Chairman and Members of the Board FROM: Don Vanderhoek SUBJECT: Outstanding ASNA Invoice Payment DEPARTMENT: Information Technology BCC DISTRICT: ALL STATEMENT OF ISSUE: The Board is requested to approve payment to ASNA for an outstanding invoice in the amount of $2,700.00. BACKGROUND: ASNA created software which we use for Application Development for the IBM I Series Platform. This invoice is for the maintenance of this software that ASNA alone can provide. This maintenance period started September 1, 2015. Because of a move of our office and a change of personnel we were unable to request payment in a timely manner. Staff has worked with Purchasing to ensure future requests/purchases will be processed so that Finance can approve the payment with this vendor. Approval to pay the outstanding invoice is requested so that we can continue to have ASNA software maintained. OPTIONS: Approve/Disapprove RECOMMENDATIONS: Staff recommends Board approval of a direct payment for this outstanding invoice to ASNA. RECOMMENDED BY: APPROVED BY: John Hofstad, County Administrator
