AMENDMENT ONE TO MICHAEL BAKER JR., INC. This AMENDMENT is entered into and made effective this day of , 2014, by and between OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as COUNTY) and MICHAEL BAKER JR., INC., (hereinafter referred to as LESSEE). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the LESSEE entered into the original lease dated June 23, 2014 with a current expiration date of June 22, 2015. WHEREAS, this Amendment One shall be subject to the terms, covenants, conditions, and agreements to be kept, performed and observed by LESSEE as stipulated in the original lease agreement not otherwise amended in this amendment. WHEREAS, the COUNTY and the LESSEE, each in consideration of the agreements to be performed by the other, intending to be legally bound, do hereby agree to the following sections being added to the LEASE: SECTION 1: Section 11. UTILITIES is amended to delete all wording and to read Section 11: Reserved. SECTION 2: This amendment consists of the following: Sections 1 to 2. It constitutes the entire amendment of the parties and may not be changed, modified, discharged, or extended except by written instrument duly executed by COUNTY and LESSEE.
