Work Accomplished Last Period
Constantine Engineering performed general professional engineering and technical services
to assist the County to locate, verify the location, perform ticket management and line
location services for responding to 798 billable Sunshine State One Call of Florida (SSOCOF)
Service location tickets for components of the water distribution and wastewater collection
systems.
Performed project management services to assist OCWS with investigation, documentation
and verification of improper excavations by outside Contractors working in close proximity
to OCWS utilities, including performing work in non-requested areas.
Constantine Engineering performed general administrative project tasks associated with the
management of the project.
Ongoing and Planned Work
Constantine Engineering will need to submit a revision to the original task order to increase
the budget ceiling by $5,852.95 to cover excess locate tickets and services that were incurred
retroactive to the completion of FY 2014 Budget. These additional services were necessary to
adhere to the requirements under FS 556, SSOCOF Service Locates.
Cost/Schedule Status
Please see attached Summary of Charges and our Final Invoice. Attachment 1 lists the
individual SSOCOF tickets that are included in this invoice, the date that the ticket was
issued and cleared by Constantine Engineering staff, and the SSOCOF Positive Response
Status that was assigned to the ticket. Please note that with this invoice, the project budget
is over budget by $5,852.95. The original Budget ceiling for this Task Order was $420,000
and will need to be revised to $425,852.95.
