He is going out-of- town next week; Most want to go ahead and hold the meeting tomorrow. I have the Mayor, Holmes, Patterson, Tucker, & Pullen saying ye's. Minich said the Fair Association can add an item to a regular meeting instead of calling a special one. He said he will call you soon and talk with you about it. Campbell agreed also. I have sent the press release to the news media people. I called Toni and she will be there. She also has to go to the Board of Adjustments meeting and the MPB workshop tomorrow. She will start at the Council meeting and continue on as she can to the BA and MPB meetings. BA is moved to the annex conference room. I called Mr. Hartwell' s home and talked with his wife. He will be calling in tonight and she will tell him about the meeting. She feels he will be back tomorrow in time to attend.
