SUBJECT: Assignment of Hangar Lease Felder to GSB, LLC

STATEMENT OF ISSUE: A proposed Assignment of Hangar Lease from Mr. Randy Felder to
GSB, LLC. Mr. Greg Lala, for Block 8 Lot 8 at the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach Airport is being
presented to the Board of County Commissioners for approval.
BACKGROUND: Mr. Randy Felder previously entered into a ground lease for Block 8 Lot 8 at
the Destin/Ft. Walton Beach Airport and now assigns his responsibilities to GSB, LLC., Mr. Geg
Lala. The assignment of lease transfer fee has been received and the internal coordination sheet
is attached. Mr. Lala's certificate of insurance was received on March 6, 2014 and sent to Mr.
Real, Risk Manager for approval. Mr. Real's e-mail approval is attached.
OPTIONS: Approve, Reject or Table.
RECOMMENDATIONS: It is Staff's recommendation that the Board approve the Assignment
of Lease as described above.
