Ground engaging parts, tools and edges 3) Equipment/parts, superstructure or other installation work not assembied/installed by Volvo CE which renders the covered work more difficult or prevents the repair from being performed D) LIMITATIONS This coverage is valid only provided that: 1) The Volvo CE Machine has been used in manner, which is normal and correctly operated and maintained according to Volvo CE recommendations. 2) The Volvo CE Machine has not been involved in an accident, subject to misuse, or in any other way subject to extemal strain. 3) That the prescribed service and inspections has been carried out as prescribed by Volvo CE and at correct times/operating hour's intervals. 4) That no seais have been broken by any unauthorized persons. 5) That no superstructures or alteration of the basic Volvo CE Machine’s specification have been made. 6) Any modifications not approved can terminate any warranty coverage for defects caused by the modification from Volvo CE. 7) The damages for which the warranty is claimed did not result from or arise out of service or repair work by a workshop other than an Authorized Workshop. 8) The damages for which the warranty is claimed did not result from or arise out of the use of parts other than Genuine Volvo Parts/Components. 9) The damages for which the warranty is claimed did not result from or arise out of a defect/fault having become aggravated due to the failure by the driver to take immediate and appropriate action after such times as the defect/fault became known or should have become known to the driver or after activation of the vehicte's waming indicator system. 10) The damages for which the warranty is claimed did not result from or arise out of the use of oils, greases or coolants other than those stipulated by manufacturer jE) LIMITATION OF COMPENSATION 1) No other cost is compensated for other than the specific costs stated in this section.
