STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Staff has been directed to issue bids for proposals to provide State
Lobbyist Services. A Review Committee must be appointed by the Board. Staff recommends
the following for the Committee:
Ernie Padgett, County Administrator
Kay Godwin, HR Director
Elliot Kampert, GM Director
Jeff Littrell Water & Sewer Director
Commissioner, to be named
Richard Brannon, Purchasing Director (Facilitator)
