The Five-Year Plan reflects the estimated new revenue and corresponding new project appropriations. Also, the Plan reflects the carryover funds from fiscal year 2024-2025 and the corresponding existing appropriations for those funds. A public hearing will be held on July 28, 2025, to receive input from the public regarding the Capital Outlay Five-Year Work Plan.
