Public Content There is currently an Agreement between The School Board of Okaloosa County, Florida and PT Solutions Holdings, LLC to provide athletic training services and treatment through licensed athletic trainers for the period of June 1, 2025 - July 31, 2025, which provides coverage for FHSAA sanctioned or district approved summer sports conditioning events to be held through June and July 2025 and seeking services for athletic injuries that occur during an event. An extension, under the same terms and conditions, for the period of August 1, 2025 through August 11, 2025 is proposed to continue the services until an annual contract can be completed. Public Content The Okaloosa County School District and the Okaloosa County Education Association, teacher's union, reached a tentative contract agreement on July 9, 2025, for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, subject to School Board approval and Association membership ratification. The tentative agreement effects only a portion of the collective bargaining agreement and salaries. The proposed Instructional salary schedule for the fiscal year 2025-2026 is as follows: 1. Pay for Performance a. Highly Effective Designation = 1.00% Annual Increase  b. Effective Designation = 0.75% Annual Increase 2. Grandfathered Salary Schedule a. Highly Effective and Effective Designation = 0.80% Annual Increase 3. Supplements a. Add a supplement for Esports at $1,441 b. Add a supplement for High School Beach Volleyball at $2,413 c. Add a supplement for High School Boys Volleyball at $2,413 d. Add a supplement for Theatre at $2,413 All salary increases will be effective as of July 1, 2025.
