Gentlemen:
With regard to my vacation of right of way request that was continued at the last County
Commission meeting, I do not wish to proceed further at this point. The issue has become too
tied into my upcoming development order which has endured public opposition. I believe at
this point it is better to concentrate on the subdivision itself.
Rather than seeking additional delay of this request, I would like to withdraw it at this
time. Should the application fee not be refundable, I request that it be applied to any
future vacation considerations that I may request.
