1. Discussion concerning the presence of armed law enforcement or other security personnel at
Board meetings.
2. Report on Gulf Consortium meeting and Gulf Coast Ecosystem Restoration Council meeting
held in Panama City on Feb. 28, 2013.
3. Discussion of Board meeting procedures, e.g., voting on items not on agenda (particularly
items that arise from the "Commissioner's Minute") outside of an emergency or time
sensitivity; should we memorialize meeting procedures in writing via a Resolution, etc.
4. Processing of items which require the Board Chairman's signature, e.g., grant applications,
contracts, et.al, in regard to timing and staff and/or other agency coordination.
