other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant unto
Grantee, its successors, assigns and legal representatives, a described easement five ( 5) feet wide for
the purpose of constructing, maintaining and servicing sidewalk and utilities and the right of egress and
ingress necessary to effectuate the purpose of this easement, on, over, under, above and across
Grantor' s described property, and further such easement shall be for the public benefit of ingress and
egress, which said easement being particularly described as:
COMMENCING AT THE NW CORNER OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 2 SOUTH, RANGE 24 WEST,
OKALOOSA COUNTY, FLORIDA; GO THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 35 MINUTES 57 SECONDS
EAST A DISTANCE OF 1860. 66 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREES 26 MINUTES 20 SECONDS
WEST A DISTANCE OF 690.48 TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT ON THE SOUTHERLY RIGHT-OF-
WAY LINE OF BROOKS STREET, SAID MONUMENT BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE
