Proposer should fill in all proposed pricing (yellow highlighted cells); all other cells are locked. All unit prices shall be rounded to the nearest cent. The
County does not guarantee tonnage. Once the Financial Proposal Form has been completed with all required pricing, Proposer should print a hard copy
and include the page as part of the Financial Proposal (Tab 3). Please provide a non-password protected copy of the completed Excel file with the
electronic proposal submittal. If an alternative financial proposal is submitted, the proposal should clearly describe, define, and quantify the change of
scope and associated pricing structure.
