Charlotte,
If payment is not received by July 1, 2014 the display is in jeopardy of being cancelled. This program is a pay to
play opportunity and therefore payment must be made in advance in order to display. The CVB has been
participating in this program for many years and the terms have always been the same. Please let me know if
you have any questions.

Good morning Annette,
According to the agreement below, “payment is due at the time of this acceptance.” Okaloosa County typically pays
invoices after services are rendered, and would therefore pay the invoice in June 2015. We are able to pay in advance of
services being rendered in very limited circumstances, given appropriate documentation:
1) advance payment results in a savings equal to or greater than the amount that would be earned by investing the
funds and paying later
or
2) goods or services are available only if advance payment is made
Is payment in June 2015 acceptable? If not, please be so kind as to advise whether either of the situations noted above
apply… Are the fees discounted in any fashion for payment in advance? Are we unable to participate at the welcome
centers unless payment is made in advance?
