CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY OF FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA APRIL 26, 2011 INTRODUCTION A Special Meeting of the City Council of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, was held on Tuesday, April 26, 2011, at 4: 30 pm in the Council Chambers of Fort Walton Beach City Hall with the following members present: Mayor Mike Anderson Councilmen: Bobby Griggs, joyce gillie gossom, Dennis Reeves, Trey Goodwin, Bull Rigdon, and Dick Rynearson Absent: Bobby Nabors Also Present: Robert Mearns, City Manager; Hayward Dykes Jr., City Attorney; Police Chief Ted Litschauer; Capt. Darrell Bruhn; Sylvia Hanks, Administrative Services Director CALL TO ORDER The Mayor called the meeting to order. RECESS SPECIAL MEETING The Special Meeting recessed at 4: 30 pm to convene the Executive Session. CONVENE EXECUTIVE SESSION The Executive Session convened at 4: 31 pm for the purpose of discussing Police Contract Negotiations. ADJOURN EXECUTIVE SESSION The Executive Session adjourned at 5: 39 pm. RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING The Special Meeting was reconvened at 5: 39 pm.
