OKALOOSA ISLAND LEASEHOLD CONVERSION

WHEREAS, the person(s) named below is/are the leaseholder(s) of record who has/have
submitted the successful highest bid for the County’s Resolution Reversionary Interest in
the parcel(s) described therein set immediately below such Bidder’s name(s);

Unit #11 Isla Blanca Townhouse:
Begin at the SE corner of Lot 113, Block F, Holiday Isle Residential Section No. 5, as
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 39 of the Public Records of Okaloosa County, Florida,
thence North 59 degrees 26 minutes West along the North line of Gulf Shores Drive
143.87 feet; thence North 30 degrees 34 minutes East 30.02 feet parallel to the East
line of said Lot 113 and to the Point of Beginning; thence North 30 degrees 34
minutes East along the same line 46.35 feet, thence North 59 degrees 26 minutes
West 16.03 feet, thence South 30 degrees 34 minutes West 46.35 feet, thence South
59 degrees 26 minutes East 16.03 feet to the Point of Beginning.
NOW THEREFORE, the County’s Contractor, Surety Land Title of Florida, LLC. Is
directed to prepare a quit claim deed, in previously authorized format, conveying the
County’s Reversionary Interest to the successful bidder(s) for the signature of the
chairman of the Okaloosa County Board of County Commissioners, and;
Surety Land Title of Florida, LLC. Is further directed to complete the closing of the
conveyance transaction by quitclaim deed to the successful bidder(s).
THIS RESOLUTION was unanimously approved by the Okaloosa County Board of
County Commissioners on ________________________, 2014.
