RESOLUTION NO. 96-42
WHEREAS, Vince Bruner petitioned the Board of County Commissioners of
Okaloosa County, Florida, to vacate all or a portion of Coral Court, located in Block 5, |
| Santa Rosa Island Subdivision, said property being more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Coral Court along with the 10.00 ft. access |
easements lying between and adjacent to Lots 262, 263, 264,
“ 265 and 266 on the South side of Coral Court and adjacent to
Lots 276, 277 and 278, Block 5, Santa Rosa Island
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 84, of the
Official Records of Okaloosa County, Florida.
WHEREAS, the Board has considered the same and heard the proposal in detail.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
| Okaloosa County, Florida, that property herein described is hereby vacated with the
i condition that easement rights will be retained on ail of the vacated right-of-way adjacent
- t9 Lot 262 and the eastern half of Lot 278 and one-half of the vacated right-of-way adjacent
i to Lot 262 will accrue to Lot 262.
