(C14-2080-PW). BACKGROUND & ANALYSIS: On May 17, 2016 the Board approved Hatch Mott MacDonald Task Order 11. The Task Order 11 number should have been referenced as five (5). Staff requests approval to revise the Task Order number to five (5) to maintain the number sequences in the file. Approval of the corrections will expedite the payment to the vendor. OPTIONS: Approve/Deny authorization for staff to revise Hatch Mott MacDonald Task Order 11 to Task Order 5. (C14-2080-PW) RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the authorization for staff to revise Hatch Mott MacDonald Task Order 11 to Task Order 5.
